1. Change 'labor' to 'creators'.

Instead of hiring cheap labor, we elevate craftsmen into 'maker' workers who can take pride in what they do.
✅ Give opportunities to groups of people that society overlooks, such as housewives.

Elderly, former prisoners
✅ Make them see their potential through creating meaningful work.
✅ Provide fair wages so that they can be self-reliant sustainably.

2. Preserve and develop Thai handicrafts.

We are bringing 'craftsmanship' to life in the modern world.
✅ Combining old techniques with modern designs such as hand embroidery and high-resolution pintuck.
✅ Provide knowledge and training to develop the skills of craftsmen to the next level.
✅ Create a new market for handicrafts that were once overlooked, turning them into valuable products.

3. Promote meaningful fashion

We make clothes not just 'apparel' but a medium for stories and transformation.
✅ Our customers buy clothes because they love the design, not because they feel sorry for the craftsmanship.
✅ Each product has a story and origin, connecting producers and consumers.
✅ Customer purchases = supporting craftsmen and preserving cultural heritage.

4. Create a sustainable community economy.

We are not just paying wages, we are creating a 'creative economy' that spreads opportunities to communities.
✅ Promote craftsmen to work from home, no need to leave their families to go to the big city.
✅ Create a 'produce only what is needed' (Slow Fashion) system to reduce waste and waste.
✅ Some of the income is returned to develop training and skill development projects for craftsmen.
